Aaron Runner, PSU, Goalie, PSU Hockey I have recommended NLP to anyone looking for an internship. It was hands down the best experience that I could have gotten. It directly applies to my life goals and anyone looking to become a fitness instructor or strength & conditioning coach will discover the same. The environment was professional in every sense of the word but it was also laid back enough to feel comfortable in my development as an intern and a professional. I've applied everything that I have learned. I am ahead of everyone in my classes because of the things I have learned. I was able to get real coaching experience in a very short amount of time. I learned how to efficiently manage my time and my resources in order to give the athletes and clients a better experience.I loved being able to take the lead role in coaching. I was a little nervous at first but it was very rewarding to be able to develop coaching and efficient client management skills. I also enjoyed learning the administrative side of the business. |
