NLP Fitness Bootcamp

The NLP (which stands for Next Level Performance) Fitness Bootcamp is a group fitness program that is offered both indoors and outdoors throughout the year in Manchester, New Hampshire. It is a supportive program appropriate for all fitness levels and helps individuals develop strength, cardiovascular endurance, "Tone up," and improve upon the other 8 components of physical fitness such as coordination, flexibility, muscular endurance, and more. In the summer the program is offered outdoors at Livingston Park in Manchester, in the fall, winter, and spring the program is offered at the 10,000sf NLP Performance Training Center, which is NH's first strength and conditioning facility and is located downtown in the historic mill district.

Power Lunch

The NLP Power Lunch is a fast-paced 30-minute workout program offered at 12:15 and 1:00, Monday-Friday.  The program is designed to maximize your exercise time by delivering fun and effective workouts.  What this means for you is maximum results for your time investment.  Workouts are different everytime you come in to prevent boredom in your training.
