Hello NLP Fitness Bootcampers!
Congrats on completing week 1! I hope you're pumped for week 2, we have a great lineup of workouts waiting for you! If you're feeling a little sore, don't be surprised! We are adding some new workouts in that will keep you challenged and firmly secure your "thinking caps." Keep working hard and you will see great improvement to your health and fitness!
Please take a minute or two to carefully read through this email to help maximize the program.
1. Happy Valentine's Day. We wish you a wonderful holiday spent with those you care about. Enjoy the holiday but please be responsible and execute some restraint. It's OK to have a nice meal, but please remember: portion control counts!
2. We're Open Monday. We will conduct our normal class schedule.
3. Nutrition Logs. Please remember that you encourage you to participate in our free nutrition consultation. You can download the 4-day nutrition journal by visiting http://nlpstrength.com/nutritionlog.pdf . It's free, and people who participate have better results!
4. We're on Facebook! If you haven't already joined our group page, business page, or added me as a friend, I encourage you to join. I have been posting the daily workout results for people to see and it's pretty cool to see how much you are all doing in each workout! You can join by visiting our website http://nlpstrength.com and clicking on the button to the left of the page.
5. Shoe reminder. Friendly reminder to please not wear street shoes in the training center. It tracks dirt, slush, and debris into the areas where we need to be exercising.
