Our performance training center is a true fitness center, not a commercial gym. We are customer centered and focus on providing professional , individualized care when you participate in any of our programs. We do not depend on 2,000 members with only 1% who show up. We work with a few hundred clients and develop strong professional, individual relationships with each person. We’ve grown to know many of our clients for several years and value each individual relationship.
If you have never been to a legitimate strength and conditioning facility/atmosphere our facility will seem very different for you. Credibility is at the forefront of all of our decisions; we leave the smoke and mirrors to commercial gyms. All of our employees have worked at the national level as clinicians, and we actually educate other professionals within the fitness & strength and conditioning industries.
