Legitimate
Fitness Professionals
We
back up what we do with legitimate knowledge and experience in our
field. Many people are unaware that there is no state or
federal licensure
for
personal trainers and coaches. Our professional background
includes college degrees, substantial certifications, and professional
experience across a broad spectrum of clients and sports. It
is also
important to understand that not all certifications carry the same
merit. There are fitness certifications that require nothing
more
than $300.00 and a few hours of your time. Our certifications
require a minimum of a college degree specializing in health and
fitness and the skills to legitimize that text book knowledge.
Some of our qualifications include:
- Master's
& Bachelor's Degrees in Exercise and Sport
Science
- Certified
Strength and Conditioning
Specialists
from the NSCA with Distinction (CSCS *D)
- Certified

from the ACSM (ACSM HFI)
